"I have gone to my dentist for 20 years and found out at my last visit they do not run insurance before you come in so therefore, I was not aware my insurance was not in effect until 12/1. I went in on 11/30 for an appointment that had been scheduled for several months and I even called ahead of time to update the information. I was charged for a full visit as uninsured. I’m not bashing them in any way but just FYI, they don’t run insurance unless they are collecting money from you so watch out. Sad because they didn’t offer any assistance and told me I had to put a card on file to run today. I couldn’t pay for it right then and there so the only thing she told me I could do was to wait until I got paid this week for them to take out the money. So sadly after 20 years with them, I will probably be leaving."

"I have never had a bad experience here. My hygienist Rebecca is the best and Dr Miller Sr is a nice guy. He doesn't do unnecessary procedures and is pleasant to talk to. His son, Dr Miller has gone above and beyond for me..making sure I was 100% happy with my care. My teenage daughter has gone here since she was 4 and she always sees Dr Kip. He was very good with her when she was small. He had patience with her and always told her the truth about what he was doing, so she trusts him. I have never had a bad experience with any of the front office staff. They are very accommodating in will do their best to get you in when its convenient for you."

"Magnolia Dental was recommended to me years ago when I was looking for a new dentist. I'm so grateful for this recommendation. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, the hygienists do a great job cleaning your teeth, and the techs are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I've seen (and still see) all three....Dr. Miller, Dr. Rick and Dr. Kip. I would highly recommend any of them! They do an outstanding job. I've had quite a bit of dental work done, from fillings to extractions and now implants and have had no issues whatsoever. Highly, highly recommend! (I have the same last name but am no relation to them)."
