CVS Pharmacy

"I agree, this place is a joke. Not a single employee there is qualified to work at pharmacy. My medication was on backorder for 2 months. Twice I received a text that it was there. Only to hear, it is not. I was out and had to beg for them to check another CVS close by. Finally they did and found it right away. Why was that not done before? The next day I get a text that it is no longer on backorder and I can pick it up. So I want to pick up and hear that it is not there. The associate had canceled the order in Bristow. No care attitude, leave alone customer service. Rude and abrasive. Do not go there. This place is a disgrace to the CVS pharmacy franchise."

"I have been fortunate that until the last couple years, I have never had to use a pharmacy so regularly. I have probably used them 20-30 times and I have never had any issues with them and they have always tried to work with me regarding the various prescriptions."

"When Cigna ended their contract with Harris Teeter Pharmacy, I was hesitant to switch to cvs, because I thought cvs was too big and would be not personable. I can't speak for all cvs pharmacies, but I was wrong about this one. The crew at this cvs cares about people, and go the extra mile to make things easy for me. They rapidly got my rx ready which is great because I'm sick right now. I couldn't ask for anything more from this cvs team."

"Gosh reading previous reviews makes me think we have dealt with two completely different locations. I have never had an issue coming here. I am somewhat of a regular due to my prescriptions to the point that they now know me when I get there. Everything usually goes quick and smooth unless my doctor actually messes up with my prescriptions. Can't say enough nice things about them! They always make me feel welcome and special when picking up my medications."

"I went to pick up 2 prescriptions on March 2018. They took some minutes in processing the first one and when I showed the second prescription they told me it was 9:03pm already and to return back the next day.... within the some order. One minute later the lady doctor left to her car as fast as she could so now we know her commitment."
