"Do NOT take your dog for grooming at Petsmart in Gainesville, VA. My dog looks like a skinned chicken. Admittedly, she did have a few matts....literally a few matts. The groomer (I forgot her name, because I was so ticked) did not even attempt to comb out any of the matts/tangles. My daughter and I bathed Alani less than one week ago and spent two hours detangling and removing matts. Additionally, she was brushed and detangled several times this week. My dog went in needing a haircut, but came back looking like a neglected pet. Please see the before and after photos. The store did offer for me not to pay for the haircut, under their satisfaction guarantee. Thanks, but that is not the point. If their grooming salon is not going to do the job properly, then don't offer the services. I will NOT be returning."
