"Unfortunately it's been a very unpleasant experience . Mr k had no reason at all to open the case back of my watch because the only part of it that was worked on was the bracelet.. now the movement in the watch is completely non functional the watch does not hold time anymore. And it sounds horrible and is so loud unlike before. He left dust inside and a smudge. did not pay any attention to details. Ive been back several times and still constant issues. I paid full price for the service. 200$ just to rhodium plate the bracelet only . I'm very concerned that the high quality movement in my watch has been replaced with a poor quality one. I wouldn't expect him to be so dishonest but It's the most expensive component to the watch and the most important one which he had No reason at all to open and mess with in the first place. there's no other explanation i could come up with unless he just decided to open it for no reason.. The watch does not hold time anymore even tho it used to do so very precisely before I came in. I will update the review if anything changes but so far I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied and strongly believe he is not to be trusted with anything nice . I see many great reviews but mostly just for very simple 15$ battery replacements that require no actual skill... This is an actual review on a service that really requires expertise, honesty and integrity. So far to me he has proven himself very incapable."
