My boyfriend bought my engagement ring in this place, I wore it for 3 days and on the 4th day the top part broke (I don't have a heavy job for it to break) they told my boyfriend that they would give him a guarantee and even if they didn't liked the ring, they could change it “TOTALLY FALSE THINGS” because when it came time to go get it repaired and change the ring to a smaller size, they didn't want to do it and they were even charging $50 to fix the ring that broke after 4 days of wearing it and make the ring one size smaller which should not be more expensive but on the contrary. In short, the treatment was completely horrible and the guarantees were false."
