"I stop in this location a couple of times a month. Normally I get great service. The store has always been clean. My last time in my credit card would not go through so I paid in cash. I walked to my car and got an alert on my phone notifying me of my purchase at 7/11. I went back inside and told the clerk that my credit card was charged for the purchase after I paid cash. She told me that there was nothing she could do except notify her manager and assured me that they would reverse the charge. They never did that or did they make any effort to pay me back my money. Be careful with this store. I personally will not be buying anything else from this particular location."

"Since opening, this has been my go to store. Very clean. Extremely nice clerks at the register and great selection of grab and go hot foods. By far the nicest convenience store in Lynchburg."
