"My dog was scheduled to stay 3 nights with Petsuites. On the 3rd day he experienced a spout of vomitting bile and blood and diarrhea. I was contacted first thing in the morning by Erica (a manager) who informed me of the situation. She was extremely calm and professional. Erica went out of her way and took him to the emergency vet while we made our way back to the area. She waited with him until the vet cleared her to go. While waiting for the vet to run diagnostics, I stopped by to pick up his belongings from the facility and met Erica in person. She informed me that her dog had a similar situation. Erica was so understanding and compassionate. She even reduced our price and did not charge us for transportation to/from the emergency vet or time spent there! Before leaving, she asked me to keep her updated on my dog and I even had a few questions later in the day about her dogs situation, which she replied to my texts with no problem. It really made me feel so much more confident that he was going to be just fine. I really cannot recommend Petsuites enough, simply because of Erica. It is so hard to come-by people who actually care and show they do to their customers. I will absolutely be bringing him back in the future (and not just for boarding!) Erica, thank you from the bottom of my heart. He is home now; happy, safe, and healthy!"
