"I must share my experience with this company! I have been dealing with Shawn for about a year now. After we resigned my renewal I was good to go. I have a 20 year old who just got his permit and I needed to add him. I know was got to see a major increase because he was getting added. So anyway myself and Shawn are on the phone with progressive and her attitude bewildered me! Just talking down to me because my son with a disability wasn’t on my insurance, my education wasn’t on there and I wasn’t a RN but I do work in the medical field. Now the rate was a crazy increase $745 down payment and over $400 a month! When I asked her all because of adding my son’s the increase went up that much? She was so rude and said no it’s also because of your education and Job! Her attitude was uncalled for and her tone of voice was trying to be demeaning! Well I hung up on her! Shawn called me back and I stated to him it’s not about the money so much, but her attitude was uncalled for! Shawn said let’s see if you can find a better deal! That’s just what he did. I never understood why it’s important to have a team working for you, now I do! So I just wanted to say thank you Shawn for all you’re hard work!
