"Dirtiest rofo I have ever seen. Ladies restroom every toilet full of paper and unusable. I realized a customer did this but employees had no interest in fixing the situation. Why must customers be destructive and employees complacent."

"Customer service is TRASH!!! Chicken CAN BE TRASH depending on how the cook feels that day because they do not follow recipes there. One day, chicken is SUPER SALTY, the next, it's fried to perfection, seasoned perfectly. NOTHING consistent about this store.... Not even the staff. You rarely see the same people. The Chicken packer packed a bunch of old, skinless chicken. When I asked did he give me old chicken, he said it was just put in there, LIKE JUST JUST. HOW SWAY?!?! Had dirty from the grease all over it!!! Just disgusting. I asked for fresh chicken and he proceeded to the back, MOCKING me to a co worker. SUPER unprofessional. If customer service is not your strong suit, try another field. Customers spend way too much on anything these days to be disrespected by these child workers, WHO APPARENTLY DONT WANT TO WORK, when an issue is spoken upon. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! ROYAL FARMS.... You all need to do a sweep in this location."

"I had to wait 45 minutes for hot chicken because they kept yelling there were only 2 fryers and when I got home after standing and waiting all that long the chicken looked burnt and tasted horrible. There were only two people there and the young lady kept complaining that she was going to walk out. Who does that in front of customers? She was also handling chicken with gloves on, and then started pushing a box on the floor and went back with the same gloves to handle the chicken. A customer asked her to change her gloves. That is super unsanitary. Royal Farms is usually a wonderful place to go for hot food and snacks but this location is not it. They don’t seem to care about the product or cleanliness."

"I brought 40.00 dollars order that may seen a lot to most people to me it is I got home to feed my family and product was old . When call this location i was told that manager was not there to handle the situation and that they cannot resolve the problem until the weekend was over because the manager had left . This after the person that answered the phone asked me if was the lady who came in and asked for her chicken to be exchanged for fresh chicken if this company advertised fresh chicken then WHA"

"Wonderful establishment with cheerful and helpful staff. There was a bit of a wait on one of my DoorDash orders and a kind gentleman who worked there offered me a free drink. Highly recommend giving this convenience store a shot when looking for a nice snack or drink. They have quite the selection from what I have seen from perusing while I was waiting."
