"Overall, Me and my family (Group of 8) enjoyed ourselves, but having to walk down to the Food Truck to order food was an inconvenience on our playing time because it interrupted the 3 games we paid for. Found out later that a waiter/waitress should have come by to take our order after the food was ordered and picked up by us."

"We had a really good time, we reserved a lane and it was waiting for us. The staff was friendly, the table service was great. The food was ok but the drinks were better! Adults and kids both were able to have a great time."

"The amazing service at the desk is what saved this review from being one star. My husband, friends, and I came here last night around 8:40pm. The wait wasn’t that long for a lane, so we just sat at a table and talked until a lane was available, which was around 9:20pm. The service at the desk was immaculate. I wish I could’ve gotten the name of the young man that helped us, but he was awesome. I placed an order for food around 10pm. We got our drinks (alcoholic) really fast, within 10 minutes of ordering them. But we didn’t get our pizza or Pepsi. My friend and her daughter went to tell one of the staff members that we still hadn’t gotten our order (this was around 11pm), and the man got a little snarky with them and asked did they even place the order. After he went to go check, he came back to our table and I told him what I ordered and I could show him the receipt if he wanted to see it, but it was like an inconvenience to him that we didn’t get our order. We FINALLY got our pizza around 11:20pm-11:30pm. The pizza was okay, but you can definitely tell they cooked it faster than the norm time because it was almost closing time. I should’ve just asked for my money back. Then, as we were about to leave, one of my friends jokingly said that two other people in our group should bowl at the same time (they weren’t going to at all, we knew better. It was just a funny moment because he was referencing a show/movie), and the same man turned around towards us and said “NO.” “NO.” Literally, said it twice like we were children. His customer service, and service in general was just awful. It was like he didn’t want to even be there or like I said before, like we were an inconvenience to him because we wanted to bowl. Other than that, we still had a great time bowling!"

"UPDATE: My daughter had her 10th birthday party here and this place was honestly the best party ever!! She just had her 11th birthday here and it was TRASH. We booked the same legend package and nothing met my expectations as it did last year. The place was dirty, the food was really cold except for the fries. The waitress that was assigned to us her name was caylee she was SOOO uninterested in our group. It took her 30 mins to even do refills for the kids we had to go to the bar for someone to even find her. The bartender was so great I ended up tipping her for helping us solely. I had to remind them of the things we didn’t receive such as the fruit platter I finally got that after the last 30 mins then they never brought out the cookie cake. No one personally checked on us during her party till asked. I hope y’all have cameras because you can review for retraining. A manager (blond hair male with ponytail) did apologize and gave a bowling pass but I told him we don’t even bowl so it was useless. We come for quality and this wasn’t that. I’m so dissatisfied and we won’t be back for another year. Mrs.Anne was a gem though she was very sweet upon introduction."
