Reviews
"The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had to book a time hours before because they were all booked. Apparently they primarily book online and had no idea. It wasn’t clear on the website. I was super excited for the planetarium but that was a dud. We ended up walking out. My son really liked the exhibits they had and how everything was interactive. No hand sanitizing stations even tho kids are constantly touching things which would be nice"
"Wishing we could have explored upstairs too. The bubble exhibit was a favorite. My children also loved the planetarium. Bonus was the guy running it was super knowledgeable!"
"I would give 0 stars if I could. The front staff was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I was told you could only purchase tickets online so I came in finishing up my purchase only to be told to just buy them at the front desk. When I tried to get clarification, staff said online only but there’s spots left so they can sell them. Why wouldn’t that be the standard procedure, then? Tickets are discounted but it’s definitely for a reason. Some exhibits are closed and just a box of legos or duplo left for the kids to play with. My children use to love coming to this museum and we were going to buy the annual membership but after our experience today, we will not be returning."
"We had to buy timed tickets online in advance. Very inexpensive, great for families. The second floor was closed when we were there, and our girls, ages 3 & 4 still had fun and played for hours! Lots of different areas to play and interact. One of their favorite areas was the music room where they got to make music banging on everyday items like different board lengths and Craftsman wrenches. Bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. I highly recommend this Children's Museum!"
"It was very easy to buy tickets online. The staff was super friendly. My daughter had so much fun exploring and playing in the museum. The second floor was closed the day we went, but we still enjoyed it and were there for hours."
