"The customer service was terrible! The cashier was very rude and GETTO! I WOULD NEVER GO TO THAT FAMILY DOLLAR STORE EVER AGAIN. IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME!"
"For the past six years, this little Family Dollar is where I go for pet supplies, because they're very inexpensive there, but it's super convenient for other needs too. It doesn't have a grand appearance - there are plenty of floor and ceiling tiles that could use replacing - but that doesn't really bother me. I've never had a problem with the staff. There's a lot of turnover, which is common in retail, but the employees are always pleasant and kind."
"Today I witnessed the Manager TONY, disrespect an senior citizen because she called him out for being unsanitary. Apparently he wanted 2 other employees to use their bodies in an unsanitary way. He ordered them to climb into dumpsters with waste from other businesses, so that they can stomp the trash down. It's a disgusting DUMPING GROUND. The customer told him that she wouldn't shop there if the employees engaged in such unsanitary things. Tony then started yelling at this customer and locked the door. Locked the door? Why would he lock us in? The customer asked for the number to corporate and of course he refused to give her. She purchased something to get the number from the receipt. After the customer left the store, Tony followed her outside and continued to disrespect her. I was afraid for her safety. Again she was a senior citizen about 5'5 ". Tony towers over her. I will never shop there again! Never! I've also had my own incident with this man. He should not be in a position of leadership if he has no respect for employees and customers."
"I'm a disabled person, and they don't cater to the disabled people. I was in my motor scooter struggling to open the door, and even though I did ask for help they brushed It n they eere extremely rude. This is by far the rudest staff I’ve come in contact with today. I walked into the store no greeting and a young lady was on the phone having a conversation, then I check out again, no greeting. At this point now the young lady and gentleman at the cash register is having a full blown conversation about the schedule as I am being checked out. Once the transaction was completed the guy just hands me the bag, I said thank you and the guy continued on with the conversation. without a thank you I walked out the store."
