All of the directors and teachers have been a great support system and is like family to me. I want to give a big shout out to not only all the staff but to Nina, brittani, Kristy, Mrs. Joverna, Kristy, Tanya, Jennifer have been especially supportive during my husbands passing, help being supportive in school. They have been such a family support system I trust them, they always make sure that my kids are love, supported, and taken care of. If you haven’t had that relationship with your daycare and is looking for one this is definitely the place to come."

"My daughter was enrolled in the western Branch KinderCare for 2 years. After relocating twice and returning to the area now with my children I was excited when they were able to enroll back into KinderCare. The staff there is very warm and welcoming. My children love it there. The management team always make sure all of my children are comfortable and safe. The management and staff are professional, and the center is always clean and smelling great. Each one of my kid’s teachers are caring, funny and they always greet each one with a smile. My children have learned so much there. I love when the teachers send me pics in the KinderCare app of the activities being done. The enter action between the teachers and children is well over amazing. It makes me feel good to know that I made the right decision when I decided to re-enroll my daughter as well as my other children in the Western Branch KinderCare. If anyone is looking for a safe place for your children, I will advise you to check out this center. They are truly the best at what they do. I love Western Branch KinderCare. They are truly my extended family forever."

"After staying home with my son for 13 months, I was nervous to get back to work and find a person/daycare which I could trust and have no fear with when leaving him in their care. Kindercare assured me that they would be able to work with him and help him during his adjustment period. They have done nothing less of fantastic with him! I only work 2 days per week, so it can be difficult for him to stay acclimated. With their patience and persistence, he shows nothing but joy when we arrive to their center. Between the updates I get from their wonderful app and the face to face commentary, it has truly been a blessing. They have all had their fair share (including the Director) of cuddles and rocking to help him get comfortable with nap time at their facility. I highly recommend bring your children here!!"

"Every staff member from teacher to director take a personal interest in each of the kids that attend the center. They are happy to see each parent and child that enters the building and greets everyone! My daughter is only 13 months but she loves going to "baby school". She has learned so much from the teachers. They take great care of her and listen to the parents' wishes. Highly recommend to anyone with a newborn to school age child!!! Kudos!"
