"Stopped off highway to fill my tank and needed to use the restroom. An older lady at the counter stated it wasn’t open and when I asked if they had another she said no. I guess they just never use the bathroom. Crazy how rude people are and how much they expect to get paid and treat people however."
"Terrible service. I stopped by Miller’s at 8 PM on Saturday, Jan 6, 2024 and while in the store I needed to use the restroom before purchasing my items. I was told by the older lady at the counter that the bathroom is closed for the evening. She stated that they close it whenever they feel like it and that tonight it’s 7 PM. This is extremely inconvenient for customers traveling. Had I known this, I would have stoped somewhere else more convenient."
"Why be open if people cannot even use a restroom that is working properly. I do not get the concept of agreeing to a job and then not wanting to do. What is required of you in the job (ex. clean the restrooms), so customers are denied using it."
"I had a rather unpleasant experience at Millers gas station on my way home yesterday, September 18th, between 5:45pm-6:15pm. Everything seemed normal upon entering; the store was not busy, two cashiers were present, and there was only one person in line before me. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I approached the counter. The older cashier on the right began impatiently tapping her fingers on the counter, signaling me to come forward without any sort of greeting. The lack of basic interpersonal skills or even simple courtesy was disappointing, to say the least. I proceeded with my transaction, following the prompts from the credit card machine. Despite the machine indicating that it was time to remove my card, the cashier rudely told me that I had done so too soon. I explained that I was merely following the machine’s instructions, to which she sharply exclaimed, “Try again.” After repeating the process and asking for a receipt, I inquired if my card had been charged the first time. Her response was unnecessarily loud and unprofessional, causing other customers to turn their heads. I walked away feeling both embarrassed and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope the owner of this establishment takes the time to review this situation and ensures that all employees are adequately trained in customer service. Such an attitude is neither deserved nor appropriate for any customer."
"Stopped to get gas and use the restroom around 9, they said they close the restrooms at 8 and refused to let me use it. Needless to say i didn't get gas either. They lost business. If you are open 24 hours why are the restrooms closed so early or at all. Rude!!!"
