"Went in to buy mega millions ticket. Gave them my numbers and instructed them to make it for 8 future draws. The inexperienced clerk who did not know how to operate the computer printed out 8 separate tickets with my numbers for the next drawing. She said she was not allowed to cancel tickets once they were printed and that they would sell them to other customers. I said this was not right in that if I should win the pot I would have to share it with 8 other people. The store owner (Robbie) refused to make good on his employee's error and turn the tickets over to me unless I paid for them. After 35 years of frequenting this establishment the new management doesn't seem to care about customer service or accountability for their mistakes. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Food is good but customer service boo! Asked for a slice of cheese on a hamburger and was told they didn't have a piece of cheese available for that. So I went to another person who worked in the store who said they could make that happen but was rude about it. I simply said it's called customer service and it took all of about 5 seconds to provide me with a lousy piece of cheese! Give me a break people... worthless"

"I drove in on a Sunday evening at 9 pm, and everything was dark. Turns out they closed despite their posted hours (and online) which had them listed closing at 11:45. This is very unacceptable. I used to frequent this service station since it was conveniently located just down the street, but not anymore. Very unprofessional to be closing any establishment 2-3 hours early unannounced. There was no sign posted on the door either which tells me they didn’t have a legitimate reason to close early. It’s worth driving an extra mile or two to fill up at Wawa. At least they won’t ever close or pull fast ones on customers. And gas is so much cheaper."

"Would not make change for a ten said that I needed to spend $5 minimum but yet the person behind me bought a 21oz soda for a $1.30 and paid with a 10! Also the lady with blue hair is very rude :("

"STUPID PUMP DON'T WORK and the people who work there don't listen and just stare at you like your speaking Chinese. And yes there gas is usually overly priced by at least 8 cents."
