"Food was great and a reasonable price. We ordered to-go. The app seems to work on a timer as opposed to realtime updates about your food being ready, so it said our food was ready before it actually was. The server who was covering the carside pickup was friendly and communicated to us why there was a delay in bringing the food. We would eat here again."

"I deliver for Uber Eats, and when I came here today to pick up an order, I had 3 or 4 different staff members ask if they could help me, or ask if I'd been helped. I've been to restaurants where they avoid making eye contact, much less acknowledge my presence. Thank you for your excellent customer service, it's very much appreciated!"

"I haven't been to this restaurant in years. I got a gift card for Christmas so I decided to give it another chance. Needless to say nothing has changed. It's still a disgusting place to eat with horrible service. I placed an online order for pickup, for starters it wasn't ready when promised, the door designated for pick up orders is unattended and when I tried to get assistance the wait staff is busy huddled up gabbing and not taking care of the customers. The "food" is pretty much over priced frozen food. This restaurant needs some serious personnel terminations starting with the manager."

"I went to Applebee's with my fiance and it was terrible my salad came out with brown all over it and black it was gross the waitress took it back came out with another salad brown on the lettuce it was gross I didn't eat it wasn't fresh we ordered an appetizer the waitress brought the plates but no appetizer then she finally brought it out literally a couple of minutes before our food we maybe enjoyed a few chips then our meal came out I ordered medium on my steak and my fiance ordered medium well they put his steak on my plate and mine on his but neither were made right at all mine was medium well his was well done they weren't juicy we hardly saw our waitress and I guess to make it up to us she drew on our receipt and to go cups that we didn't ask for or want needless to say it was awful the only good part was the mashed potatoes the waitress needs to spend less time drawing Fred Flintstone and pebbles and more time serving worst experience oh and to top it off it took her forever to bring back our card we waited so long I counted down the minutes to leave"

"First time at this location and good chance it'll be a long time before we go back. We went for a birthday dinner last weekend and the server hardly came to our table but a few times. In fact another server brought out our food so it would get cold in the window. We saw her going to the other tables several times compared to checking on us. We got onion rings for an app, you can tell they were pre done frozen. No flavor. For our dinners my Fiance got the 4 cheese macaroni and fries chicken dinner. Where was the sauce?? The manager had to get it for us. I got a sirloin steak, asked for it to be mid well done, nope it was well done. My daughter got the bacon cheese burger. Only thing that was done correctly. The best part of the night was the desert which we got the mini cinnamon buns. They were really good. I've been to many Applebee's restaurants and this will be on my list as to give it another try 1 year but not this year. Will stick with Cheddar's and Texas Roadhouse. Better service and better food."
