If youre not management, you average ten hours a week. only two people work any given time. itd be nice if my own MANAGERS werent leaving me alone to go shop in other stores beside ours, while on the clock. ridiculous and unprofessionally ran company, as a current employee. not for long."

"I would give 0 stars if i could. I was never greeted upon entering the store. When I was looking at the socks up front, the 2 cashiers saw me and abruptly stopped their conversation and started whispering and staring like I "needed" to be watched or something. They still did not greet me or ask If I needed any assistance. I felt judged, profiled, and very uncomfortable. Their attitudes and demeanor were negative and hateful. When I finally decided on my purchase, I walked up to the counter, and right when I got to counter, another customer came through the door and walked to counter and the hateful cashier waited on her first, even though I was already standing there. Upon check out, the cashier barely made an effort to speak to me, which was the complete opposite of how she was with the customer before me. I saw her name tag, and know her name, but will not put her on blast. But, if she's going to be so judgemental and have such a snotty attitude, then she should consider a different career. Will NOT be back to that location again, which sucks because they have a bigger selection of shoes than the other one. I had a great experience at the Eastman Rd. location. I will definitely be back at that one."

"Very disappointed in their customer service. Went to buy a pair of sneakers for my child. They were on display with several pairs of the same sneakers that were clearly marked at a price. When they rang up it was $20 more. I alerted the woman at the register and she removed the tag on the display and said it was for a completely different pair of sneakers. When I asked if they were going to honor the price they were labeled I was ignored. I went and got them $25 cheaper at another rack room store. They just lost my buisness."

"I was a little sad they no longer carried the Nike's I wanted. but moved on pretty quick and I got a pair of Nike Air Max in Sail/Turquoise & Blue-Black. Awesome shoe! Best part is... you don't have to "break" this shoe in. There extremely comfortable & they don't hurt my feet at all. The first day I wore them to work I anticipated for something to be hurting by lunch time... But Nothing!"
