"If I could give it no stars I would. Here I am, sitting in the parking lot of this establishment during business hours in front of locked doors. I would call to ask when they were opening but the number listed is a fax machine number. Isk what kind of business this is, but coming all the way across town to see the place not open with no way to reach anyone is unacceptable."

"New Location 100%My daughter already loved visiting this store when it was in Greenbrier Mall and now we love the VA Beach location even MORE ! The store was very easy to find especially with the great directions given by the employee over the phone! The store is just as cute as ever and they have bows GALORE !! Im talking wall to wall and they are beautiful !! The staff was great and I walked away with a COMBOW for my daughter ifly (matching hoodie and bow) to be exact I love this company and the customer service!"

All these reviewa are old and i feel they are outdated !! the company is great the inventory is basic inventory !! they carry the general things that a cheerleader would need! and if they do not have what a customer needs they go the extra mile to insure that you get the product that u are looking for!! i had to order a pair of gold boycuts and the staff ordered the boycuts for me and had it shipped to my home !!! and did i mention their BOWS !!! they are perfect !! i was looking for a bow and the store did not have it but the staff went the extra mile to help me create my own personalized BOW!!! I LOVE CHOSEN BOWS and cheerfactory !! i will continue to shop here and i would highly reccomend this company for all your cheerleading needs"
