"The ladies at the register are really nice, however I noticed how the managers go in that room behind the cashier line and let the cashiers fend for self. The line today was wrapped around the checkout line to the main aisle. I watched those managers look at how long the line was and not even bother to help. Granted they may have office work to do but I’m sure the employees are overwhelmed. Carts are stacked high. Managers have to do better with the team work. They are not too good to help here."

"Right before Christmas busy but you can always find what you're looking for good still has a good amount of perfume and cologne"

"A little disappointed with the store. Very cluttered, dirty and definitely not enough cashiers. I suggest they hire part-time seniors to zone the store thru out the day and maybe hv a line during busy times just for layaways!"

"I had a very pleasant experience today at Burlington I went early so there was no crowd the store looked clean and everything was stocked and I found everything I was looking for and more check out staff was courteous to me and the clerk was very nice ... I hate going to Walmart so this is my go-to place.... I personally have never had an issue here at all its how you conduct yourself I don't blame some employees some of these customers are rude as hell and act like they're entitled"

"Very very dirty and unorganized. The most prevention people stalk mostly black people from what I observed. They only have 2 dressing rooms in the entire store which leaves a long line of people waiting to try on clothes. If a person likes to file lawsuits, then this is the store for you. While standing in the checkout line its so easy to fall or slip on something as it is literally littered with trash and junk. Its all on the floor and the shelves will fall as well as the contents of you touch or bump them. There is usually only 2 lines open even if it's 10 or more people in line. There is no layaway line, so the people chexking out have to wait long periods for the layaway people to finish their transactions. Its ridiculous."
