Said he could do it in a week to 10 days. took a week to get a quote, which I agreed to, then after calling his cell, texting his cell, emailing him and calling his office didn't hear from him for a month. I had someone else come do the job and was completed when Kenny finally called back and said he would be out the following Tuesday to meet with Miss utility, which was not even needed. I think my culvert was too small a job for him."
