"I am not sure you understand what your product is being used for...you claim your products are top quality, but there is no way #2 and #3 grade lumber is top quality...we are building decks, ramps, walkways, pergolas,etc....and are having to use the worst material you provide. It is hard trying to hide all the flaws in your products. Decks are visible on all sides, so why is it the lumber has to look so BAD?..Also, you must know by now that the copper treatment has failed miserably....I see all above ground contact material rotting away...I also see ground contact rotting as well...and some of it isnt even in the ground...ACQ is not holding up..."

"Soft wood. It’s splintering in half where they drilled into the wood frim the sides for our stairs and after only 4 days it’s chipping and slplintering on the edges and bottoms of the boards. Replaced all of the steps on Victoria Drive...huge development. Huge mistake."
