Boost Mobile

"Ok,there should be 0 stars for this store.For 2 months they didn't take out auto pay,and cut me off.when I tried to go to a new T-Mobile, I'm still trying after 2 days to get them to unlock my phone. Customer service at the store is useless, they know nothing and help with nothing. It's been a ongoing complete nightmare."

"Terrible store. Poorly managed. Prices are higher than any other boost mobile store. Nobody wants to help you. They have a bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and drive to harrisonburg. The store should be shut down."

"This man is a con artist and crook he took advantage of my friends limited knowledge of cell phones and charged her 2xs the amount for the cheapest phone from 2 years ago , then when I confronted him he became irate laughed at me and said no refunds and exchanges !!! Do not do business here , this man is a con artist and will take advantage of any one that does t understand the phone market boost should get rid of this man I'll be reporting him I can say that the owners of this store called me personally and made this issue correct not as i had hoped in the phone I had wanted . But goodcenough , they made the effort to make this right and I thank them so much for that . Thanks again Susanna !!!"

"While customer service has never been high on the list for Boost, Chad at the Timberville store has been absolutely amazing. He spent two hours fixing an issue with my service and went above and beyond. He made sure I was taken care of and argued in my favor with the representative on the phone.
