"Hannah was so sweet with my boy. I brought him in pretty matted as he has an allergy condition that makes his skin super sore to brush. So sadly, I knew he would need to be shaved. She shaved his whole body except head and tail. I wish she had faded into the areas not shaved, but I gave no direction... so... it is what it is. I can see some razor marks, but honestly... with his discomfort, I'm sure he didn't make the groom easy for her! My boy was well cared for, that's really all that matters. His hair will grow back. We got an allergy shot from vet yesterday as well, so hopefully we can start brushing again. I would recommend Hannah for her gentleness"
