"Fun for one kid to play while the other is at baseball practice or game. Now that the homeless are gone it's not so dirty."
"The park is mainly for Fairfax little league baseball but during the off seasons it's s quiet place to picnic or have a small BBQ with their grills and tables. I mainly use their power outlets to charge my phone and enjoy sitting outside watching Netflix. They also have two porta potties that are cleaned every 4 days"

"This is a nice place to park for access to the Fairfax Cross County Trail. Heading east, the trail is mostly wide and paved or hardpack. It follows the Accotink Creek through wooded areas meandering between residential neighborhoods. Heading north-east on the trail is essentially taking the sidewalk on on Pickett Road, which turns into Blake Lane, which eventually turns into Jermantown Road. After about three miles you get back to another forested trail area just before the Oak Marr Recreation Center."
