"I love going here for the games and such. There are times when they don't work, or things get stuck, but that's pretty expected during peak times and everyone is playing them. The staff is quick to respond to any issues though! I do wish there was more of a toy/item selection in the ticket store, but they sometimes have cute things to get. The best time to go is during off-hours or right when it opens!"
"Came here with a group of 15 for my wife's birthday. We had a great time until it was time to eat. I had made a reservation weeks in advance, so it wasn't like the large group was unexpected. Everyone's food took an extremely long time to come out, with some members of the group waiting over an hour for theirs. My wife ordered a salad and it still took an hour to get to her. We spoke with a manager who never apologized. He did say they would "take care of it" which I guess was discounting each bill by 0.20-0.40 cents. CENTS. It wasn't until those whose food took the longest spoke up about how they felt they shouldn't have to pay full price for a meal they waited this long for that 3 of the 15 meals were comped. I understand that things happen, but there was no accountability and no trying to make it right. This is just poor customer service. What should have been a fun day out for all was overshadowed by the very poor experience we all had while dining."
"If you’re just coming to play games, it’s great and fun. But the service for food is below average. Took about 30-40 minutes to order our food and server never come back unless you wave him down after waiting for a long time. Also saw a mouse in the dining area, servers and manager did not seem to care since they continued to sit people in the area. Food was eh."
"don’t waste your money on your drinks here. Poured it out without the ice. It was $10. Go to a real bar. This was also the second time I ordered the drink because it had no alcohol the first time. Stay away!!!!!"
"We had a birthday party for my sister there this Sunday and everything was great. My sister had invited all of her friends and we had a great time eating and playing together. I ordered the Ribeye steak and it was delicious. The whole party ordered various types of meals and all were very well cooked. The drinks were good too. Great service and atmosphere. 5/5. I’ve been going to this Dave & Buster’s for years now and they never fail to live up to expectations. I can wait to return next time."
