"I have been trying to call the number for weeks with no response and call back. When I finally got ahold of somebody, I asked if this was the daycare because I wanted to ask some questions. She said yes, then I heard footsteps, then the line was cut off. I waited for a callback but after a minute I called back and there was no apology offered. The person I spoke to was neither nice nor helpful. She sounded bored and uninterested and she was unwilling to explain or elaborate on her answers. She mumbled a lot and when I could not understand what she said, she raised her voice and said “i already said it”. I’m not sure who that person was because they offered no introduction, but this is no way to talk to potential clients for your business."
"We love this daycare! The provider is so experienced and loving and our son is always very happy at drop off and pick up (And of course in between as evidenced by the videos shared with us). There’s no better feeling than sending your child into a loving home with a trusted caregiver where they can learn, play, and are thriving! So happy to have found her!"
