"Worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. The workers are super rude and unhelpful blaming everything they can on the customer. Unprofessional signs at the front written in sharpie. On top of that the gas pump would not work. When i told them it wasn’t working they said it was my fault so i rebought gas and it still didn’t work. I went back in to let them know it doesn’t work and was ignored by the old lady who was more worried about filling up the front counter cookie basket then helping. Told her I’m just gonna go somewhere else and just told her the pump wasn’t working and she still said absolutely nothing and kept grabbing cookies. Please just drive an extra mile to the next 7 eleven on Jefferson. I had to come back and update this again because I was also just charge $12 from that store I will be calling customer service and putting a fraud complaint in with my bank"

"Had a long day at work , just wanted to grab something to eat & drink . I stopped at the store on my way home knowing that all 7-Eleven stores 24 hours . This guy has 2 signs on the door saying “we are closed”. So I knocked on the window & he looked at the door then continued paying me no mind . I knocked again , he got up went into the back. Rude"

"This place is horrible. Their cashier ask for ID sometimes and then other times they don’t. The same cashiers are slow and can’t hear anything. Anyone new there leaves immediately. Management looks tired every time I see them. There is no customer service and there is always a line. Always. The Ethiopian man there is the worst one of all. Watch out for him. Close this place and start over."

"The only reason I am giving one star, is because you can't give zero Stars. I am traveling currently to Rhode Island and pulled off the highway because I needed air in my tires. I went inside to ask the cashiers for assistance in providing me with some quarters to use their machine and they we're very rude and unhelpful noting that the machine did not belong to 7-Eleven and that they couldn't provide me with change. I asked them what they suggested I should do, and they told me to go across the street to Exxon that they couldn't help me without any sign of empathy to my situation. I am in shock at the horrible customer service that was provided to me. I would never be a patron of this establishment after my interaction with those two rude women that this business has employed representing them."

"I've never done a review of a 7-11. This store is close to home. I can't believe that a store with so much potential to be the #1 store in all the area is so poorly managed. I truly feel for the staff; they are always struggling and looking tired. Always new faces that don't last long and always hustling between lottery customers, services, telephone and a line of customers with cash on hand waiting... I hope they fix and update this store & management that cares for their crew and customer service. In the meantime, I just drive another minute down the road to a store that cares about their customers."
