"Sent me a bill for my two classes over $1300 because someone marked I was using TA after I clearly said I was using Pell Grant for that semester, so I had to pay the refund back for their mistakes that I had nothing to do with . The fees are way too confusing and not military-friendly. The school cost way too much to not be learning anything."
"I have not started yet, but the tuition cost is very confusing. I like one straight price, but there are some additional fees that i found confusing. Ensure you understand the charges before enrolling, and compare to other online universities."
"if I could id give you a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1. I go to the middle school and my mom payed $3,000 for me to attend a school I had already told her I did not want to go to. This school is far from flexible and it over all makes me want to die a little more each day. Ps. the head master throws parties with underaged drinking at the college."
"If I could give this school "0" stars, I would. I have two previous degrees from online schools so this wasn't my first time getting an education online. With that being said, I have to say that this was the worst experience of my life. I am still dealing with them and I am at risk of losing my financial aid for my new school due to their negligence or just unwillingness to do their jobs. When registering for classes I tried to contact an advisor almost every day and no one would contact me. I ended up in the completely wrong classes and therefore was completely lost in my courses and was failing all my classes. I withdrew 2 months ago and now that I have enrolled in a new school I am having problems receiving my financial aid because Liberty still has me as an active student and didn't report my withdrawal to the Department of Education. This school needs to be shut down. Not very Christian!!!"
"If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my vote. Worst experience with online higher education that Ive ever experienced. I should have known when my phone reported all of their numbers as scam. Run fast and far away."
