"extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. gave us an unlaced shoe to “try on” and would only let us try on one shoe??? when we asked to try on the other shoe we were told no, and when i replied i was then ignored by the employee and they walked away. we actually liked the sneaker but we will be buying online on the nike website because of the extremely poor customer service."

"I usually don’t take our babygirl to get her shoes her father do. He was working late so I had no choice. So my daughter picked out 2 pairs of shoes and we proceed to check out. One pair the guy said they only had a 9.5 so I asked the young lady could she check to see if they had a bigger size. She respond yes ma’am. She looked and there was a larger size. I had lost my card so I had to use my Apple Pay well I did and it kept saying declined. I said no way I have money in my account. I’m new to this iPhone stuff so let me tell you how Awesome Morgan Moss is…. She was so patient with me never once got mad because the store was packed she had a long line!!! But she helped me unlock my wallet so I could pay for my daughters shoes!!! I wish we had more people like her!!! JDS y’all have something special with her!!! "Rude employees. Short guy with the glasses always has an attitude and is always discriminating. Would only let me try on one shoe, but everyone else was able to try both on. Then has no knowledge on shoes at all trying to tell me the sizing I’m acquiring is wrong when you can look online and it says it clear as day. Nobody would help the girl on the register they all just stood around when there is a long line of people waiting to check out shoes. No thank you. Fix your attitudes please, there are customers that want to buy shoes but you’re too busy being judgmental and rude."

"Great selection. Fair market prices. We made a purchased and returned a week later to look again. My only gripe is while shopping Black Friday I picked up a sweatshirt for 1 of the 3 of my teens shopping with me and I had this awkward exchange with an employee. I picked the shirt up and no sooner than I had picked it up, that I was approached by a female employee and asked 'are you actually going to buy that' I was puzzled and just replied 'yes'... Not sure what her purpose in questioning me was and although we've returned since, it's dampened my view of this store and the employees."
