The piercer was so patient and made them feel comfortable even after one of the got scared had to walk away for a little and came back and was ready to get it done. She talked them through everything she was doing, what was coming next and made sure we knew everything about post care. I was extremely happy with our experience."

"I went in to spend my $10 birthday coupon on some titanium earrings. The poor girl was working alone, and the store was packed! She had probably 15 people in the store, some walking around, some waiting in line, and she was in the middle of doing piercings when I walked in. She wasn't flustered or short with anyone. She kept her composure and apologized to each person for the wait. She was very organized and knew what she was doing! I wish I had gotten her name because she definitely deserves a raise!!!"
