"I went her to get a slight trim and my hair dyed. The girl that did my hair (Stevie) was very pleasant and did a wonderful job! Her boss (Milena), however, turned my visit sour. First, she gave Stevie the wrong color for my hair type. Then she continued to belittle Stevie and repeat simple instructions multiple times as if she didn’t understand. Milena ended up ringing me up at the end and it cost me $30 more than estimated! That may not see like a lot to complain about but I went in thinking that I would pay $70 at most! She charged me for a Women’s cut (I am not a woman) which was $20 extra and she made me pay for the extra hair dye that was used to correct her mistakes! I would go back to see Stevie but not if Milena was working."
