"The staff are extremely friendly and the service is prompt and very affordable. I've been here twice. The first time, I had my hair cut by an older woman and my haircut was nice, but the second time around, my haircut was terrible. Now, while there is a language barrier, I did have a photo of what I would like and what I got was not even close. I was pretty much unable to really explain why I didn't like the cut. I also just barely understand enough Spanish to understand that whatever she was talking about, she told the customer waiting not to worry because I don't speak Spanish. True, but I understood that part, so it gave me the feeling I was possibly being talked about. I ended up having to go elsewhere to have my hair re-done and unfortunately, as cheap and mostly friendly as this shop is, I won't be returning and don't recommend this place."

"I walked in shortly after they opened and asked if they do walk-ins and was immediately sat down. The service was lovely and very attentive, I was given tips on products to use for my hair and how to care for my hair type. They were very receptive of the style I wanted and I left loving my hair!"

"It was ironic how I found this place I went to my bank Bank of America and one of the tellers actually the assistant I think bank manager had beautiful hair and I was talking to her how pretty it was and she said her mother cut it and that her mother actually had a salon in Williamsburg I had no idea the place is kind of heading out but it’s a gem. Her mother doesn’t speak very good English but that didn’t stop me from going and getting a haircut there. I showed up and basically told the mother I want my haircut just like your daughters and she freaking did a phenomenal job the price is wonderful they play Christian music they’re very very sweet and professional and I will continue to go here the prices were affordable as well very professional wonderful work and a great Christian atmosphere I would highly recommend this place to anyone"
