"This bank participates in transaction reordering. I literally have screenshots and time stamps of when my transactions come out and they rearranged them so when they charge the overdraft fee my account is negative. Then we call they sound happy and when you start asking questions for clarification without using an upset tone or foul words they get annoyed. Probably because they know the practice itself is wrong but they don’t care because it will never change and it’s currently legal, but I did some research and they have a pending lawsuit because of this so I will be joining with my proof and recoded calls."
