"I'm currently remodeling three bathrooms and was unsure of the style or color scheme tile to use. The first person who greeted me was a young lady named Milen. She was wonderful!!! She made our experience informative and enjoyable. Milen had such a joyous personality and me and my wife enjoyed her company and help of course. The next salesperson we met with was Cindy and she never missed a beat. Cindy also had a great personality and was a joy to work with. You can tell this store trains their employees in customer service from the start. It's really hard to find businesses that focus on customer service. This is the place!! I will no doubt return for all my tile needs. Again, great experience."

"What a pleasant surprise! All kinds of tile you could ever imagine and more! Cindy was very helpful with picking tile that would compliment our granite countertops. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Did not rush our decision which is a plus. She put ordered our tile and let the installers know as well. Everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a professional team, tile galore then this is the place you should be."

"** Buyer Beware ** This is porcelain tile - it is meant for the floor, and is supposed to be very durable. When the pictures indicating noticeable fine scratches were shown to Terra, the store manager, she claimed it was on the installers. I never saw evidence of an investigation to this claim. No one ever explained the science behind the so called ‘findings’. I reached out to the regional manager and he offered no knowledge of an investigation, and no findings. I have reached out to the corporate office more than a handful of times, it’s been two months (still no bathroom to use), and no one is saying anything about the state of my bathroom tile. Look at the last picture. The fragile glass tile on the accent wall has no scratches on it, nor does the wall tile. Same installers. Same job. The only difference is that the accent tile, and wall tile are from FLOOR and DECOR. ** Please be careful. **"

"Went to the Tile Shop to look for backsplash tile for our kitchen. They have a really impressive inventory of tile. There were options I didn’t even know existed! Highly recommend starting here if you want to look for tile of any kind. They have everything from the basic stuff you’d find at hardware stores to FANCY stuff you see in magazines. The staff was nice and not pushy. Only downside is that the bathrooms are closed (i assume because of COVID-19). The lighting in the store is also good and you can grab options and walk to the front of the store to see in the natural daylight."
