"My initial encounter with Paramount Builders’ consultants was a disaster. One of the two gentlemen was more interested in my home. Specifically, how beautiful it was. He constantly asked questions like: do I have a HOA, what are the fees, how much did I pay for the house and his wife is a Nurse and they’re looking to buy. That consultation ended quickly and I passed on the company. A Manager contacted me a few days later. He came to the house for another consultation/estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had them install the windows and the crew was fantastic! They installed the windows quickly and were meticulously detailed in every stage of the work. They cleaned up to the point where you wouldn’t have known they were ever there. Superb job Paramount Builders!!!! Highly recommend, but not with that first guy. Sorry ~"

"Worst experience of my life and I walked on a broken femur for a week. The windows are a great quality unfortunately the workmanship is of a ten year old. They incorrectly measured 8/12 windows. The ones they did install have voiding every where. The windows do not lock because of the install and the inability of the windows to shut properly. They left my one window completely exposed and instead of wrapping it while they waited eight weeks for the correct size to come in they caulked the hell out of it. We finally settled on me paying 60% of my contract and taking the windows. They then argued that my contract was ACTUALLY 18k even though that number is not listed anywhere on my contract. Allegedly I received discounts towards the windows but how would I know because they REFUSE to give you an itemized price for everything. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. It’d be a miracle if they even OFFERED to correct their mistakes. Glad my windows are a lifetime warranty, but who’s going to fix my drywall when the rain leaks in my house."
