"I recently had an extremely disappointing and shocking experience at this test center. The test examiner's cold and arrogant demeanor, coupled with her lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude, made me feel like an inconvenience throughout my visit. Despite paying for their services, the examiner let you feel as though you were begging for a favorable score for your kids. Moreover, the test itself was conducted in a rushed manner, giving the impression that the examiner was more interested in her personal plans than providing a thorough and fair evaluation. Professionalism, respect, and fairness should be fundamental in any testing facility, but sadly, these values were severely lacking during my visit. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this center. My negative experience reflects a systemic problem that requires urgent attention and improvement. Clients deserve better treatment and a testing environment that values their aspirations and efforts."
