"I have gone here for years now and today. I walked out with the worse looking nails . There's nail polish on my skin. My nails are shaped funny. And the nail polish is already coming off.i won't be going back. And I won't recommend this place to anyone"

"The staff tripped some woman causing her to completely fall on her back, the water was extremely hot and I asked 3 times to turn the water temp down, the towels were also extremely hot and I asked them to remove them. They dropped a bottle of nailpolish in the tub and all over my moms foot and flip-flop. There was a terrible egg smell that kept coming around the room. Also it's very very dirty."

"I went in this salon for the first time today. I had a full set, pedicure, eyebrows waxed and eyelashes put on. I am disgusted with the man who ruined my eyelashes. My eyes are easily irritated by mascara so I wanted to try getting my eye lashes done. I told him I wanted a very natural look, not thick, just to add color so I wouldn’t have to wear eye markup. When he was done…I was and am horrified. The eyelashes were so long and so thick. It looked like a had fans for eyelashes. I asked him if there is a way to thin them and he bag a to cut them shorter with scissors. He began cutting my natural eyelashes. I was so upset I asked him to remove them. This man began pulling the extensions out and kept grabbing the skin on my eyelids with his tweezers. He kept putting some sort of solution on my eyes that burned. I repeatedly told him he was hurting me. He did not care and kept saying “it’s the glue”. Before he was finished he started cutting my eyelashes again. I repeatedly told him please do not cut my eye lashes, he said he wasn’t. Well he did. After he said he was finished my eyes were on fire. I had to yell at him to bring me a hot wet towel than he tried to refuse giving me one. My eyelashes are naturally very long and very blonde. This man jaggedly cut my eyelashes in half!!! on top of the torture he put me through, he asked me to pay for my eye brow wax and eyelash service! Beware of this place. Save yourself and go to another salon. My eyes are swollen, red, very tender to the touch, and still full of thick glue. I shouldn’t have paid one penny for anything today. I did refute to pay for the eyebrows and eyelashes. This place is disgusting. 0 stars. Update 6/8/23 I had to go to the eye doctor. I have chemical burns under my eye lids. My eye wall in both eyes are damaged. I have to use drops 6 times a day for 3 weeks. I’ve been on the drops for one week. My near side vision is blurry. I go back to the eye doctor is 2 weeks to check the my eyes again. Hoping the damage is reversible. To anyone who reads my review. Please learn from what happened to me and do not go here for this service. You will be harmed. My eyes are still sore and irritated."

"Went for a pedicure on my birthday 7/16. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were rude. My pedicure water was cold, and the gel was painted on clumpy. They never turned on my massage chair. A pedicure and eyebrow wax took over 2 hours! As in I sat in the cold water, waiting. I said my water was cold and was ignored. The design was put on messy. This was NOT the birthday treat I was hoping for. If anything, you should’ve paid me for putting up with you!"
