"Stylist made me wait 4 (FOUR) hours before doing my hair. Then cut my hair wrong so I had to come back to get it fixed which still couldn't be fixed since she cut it wrong. I will not be coming here again and be wary of Ebony if you value your time."

"I had an appointment with Bri at 12 noon today. I was kept under the dryer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. My appointment was supposed to be for 2 hours. Why is it ever necessary for a person to be under the dryer for so very long. I am disappointed with the lack of care, my time and consideration. Needless to say I will not be returning to your hair studio. On top of that I'm coming from Northern, Virginia to get my hair done. I am so hot behind this lack of professionalism!"
