"Went in for a mani before a military ball. They talked me into gel, as it would last longer. Awesome. The woman doing my nails did regular polish instead, I didn't catch her in time to change it, as she was going so slow to begin with, and I was running out of time. A mani with regular polish shouldn't take that long. In the end, my nails looked awful, as if I did them myself...and I suck. Removed the polish before the ball. Saddened."

"The owner always seems to have a nasty attitude. This was the second time I came in and he seemed that way. Came in to get a pedicure and he finished up with a customer and I was the only one waiting for a service. He got up left without saying a word and didn't come back, just left me sitting there wondering what the heck is going on. I just left and went somewhere else. Customer service is not high on their list."
