"I'm sorry but we are not to allow a non service animal into a public building. I find FL to be a bit expensive in general but mostly my experience is reasonably good. But when a guest is permitted to do this we are not amused. It's a health and safety violation and service animals have identification and a visibility vest or something I will call the law if I see it again and I done already reported to Corporate."
