"Went here with my sisters for a pedicure and was not satisfied. I refused to finish the service. I still paid half, which is $62, so I paid 35. I can’t speak for everyone, but the person I got was much older and not nice at all. I am overweight so I could tell that she was not pleased with that. She did not speak to me, barely touched me, and tried to file my calluses DRY! It felt as though a feather was being run across my heels. I tried to reason with her and asked her for what I wanted, but no improvement. They did offer me another person, but after feeling like I was not wanted in that chair, I refused to give them my business. I lost $35 to have the same feet I walked in with, just shorter nails. And to add.. I am a cosmetologist and have been so for 10+ years. I’ve done pedicures before. So I am very aware of the process. She had none. No soap or oil was used on me at all. Several steps were missed. And I am not sure if it was incompetence or weight- bias, but if you are heavier and have complexes about your weight, find another shop."
