"My daughter and I decided to try this place out seeing it is in our neighborhood. We both received gel pedicures ($75). This was my first and last time I will come here. Now the service was fine. Our technicians were polite and our pedicures were nice. What I have an issue with is I was told cash only AFTER they were done. No where on the doors or window does it say cash only. Not even a sign once you step inside. There is even stickers of the cards they accept on the door! Nor did anyone mention cash only before they got started. If I was told this before they began we would have left. I did not want to pay cash. I was told I can go use the ATM at rite aid next door. I did not use that ATM but another nearby since I am not that person to just leave and not pay. Very shady as other customers who were waiting did not realize until I said to my daughter that we have to go get cash."

"I typically visit this nail salon when I’m in town but the level of service I received today was less than acceptable. I selected my polish and articulated there wasn’t enough gold glitter on my toes as indicated by the nail sample. By the time the young lady started on my hands, I could still see my fingernail under the gel polish I’d selected. I thought there was a language barrier so I motioned for the gentleman who is there every time I visit the establishment to assist with my issue and he shook his head no. I requested the manager and the person doing my nails indicated she was the manager. To remedy the issue, the manager who assisted with my service selected another polish color for my hands which means I left the salon with a different nail color on my hands than on my feet. The manager didn’t offer to match my toes and I didn’t want to stay. I also thought it was interesting I was told they only take cash when I’ve used my card every time for previous visits. This was my last time visiting this salon."

"As stated in so many other reviews, they only tell you cash payments after the service. Ironically if you're of a certain race, they do take cards. The entire time you get dirty looks, attitude, and straight up rudeness. Don't understand how this establishment has a 4.0 rating let some still in business"

"We had manicures the first time there and came back the next day for pedicures. It’s kind of like the nail salon equivalent of a dive bar, they are going to do what you need to get done it’s just not gonna be the prettiest atmosphere. We were both very happy with the results. They weren’t rough with us. No bleeding or cutting too deep. Good spa treatment that kept our legs and feet tingling for quite a while after. Scheduling is a little loosey goosey but if you aren’t in a hurry then it’s no problem. No Wi-Fi and phone connection is pretty bad for some reason."
