Nails By Lisa

"I have been on and off going to Nails By Lisa for about two years now. I am a medical worker I use to look forward to getting off work going to get my nails done. Today was the day I decided I will never return. I am not a difficult customer there have been multiple occasions where I paid and walked out not satisfied with my nails. Trina and Dan use to have excellent customer service now all they do when I come in is direct me to sit at one of the booths towards the back while they sit on their phone and take naps laying across the waiting chairs. I feel like they need to retrain some of their associates on how to use the drills. There is a young man that usually works on the feet and the last few times he’s done my feet I jumped because he drilled my skin then he looks at me like I’m crazy. There is also an older lady I have seen her do both hands and feet when I came in a few weeks back she was working on my hands and she drilled my skin I jumped and she apologized. Returning today I walk in Trina tells me to go to that same ladies booth. She started off good but then drilled on my skin not once but got me on two fingers and one started bleeding. I said after that I can’t then she called Dan who mind you was laid out across the waiting chairs with sunglasses on I guess taking a Power Nap. He gets up tells me to sit at his station and I felt like he just rushed to get my nails done. I guess because I was disturbing his rest time. All clients should be treated the same, just like those Dan calls on his personal phone to inform them to come in because it’s slow at that moment. Then every time I come, each person gives me a different price at the end and I get the same exact thing every time. The whole reason I started going to the salon was because they had excellent reviews. Now I’m giving them one star to be honest I don’t even know if they deserve that."

"Took my sister, mom and niece here for a nice girls day out! Great service! I had a refill, and pedicure and my sister and niece also had facial waxing and pedicures. Mom had a manicure! Clean shop and plenty of available staff when we went. No appointment needed!"

"Everyone was very nice! I brought in a design they hadn’t seen before, and they worked with me to make it happen. The gel manicure with the design was only $35! You really can’t beat that! I would definitely come back :)"

"Dan's been doing my nails for 18+ years I'm never disappointed always starts on time and best prices around. Quick update to another user's review all of there equipment comes prepackaged . So there not using dirty equipment"
