"They are newish in town. They have everything you need. You will walk in and have six people ask you if they can help you find what you want. Don't go here to browse."
"Everyone was helpful and kind. Ive been going here for a couple of years now for those reasons and the low prices."
"Very Helpful and friendly service. Connor Kent helped me to find exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend this store over the big box stores anytime."
"Wonderful hardware store. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and has everything you need."
"i took the unit that needed to be replaced into the store where i was told unit could not be bought as one whole piece. it absolutely can, i found out. it's called a sillcock, hose bib or outdoor water faucet. i returned the parts i had been advised to buy and talked to the cashier - she excluded the staff from any responsibility by saying they didn't get the proper training. i talked to the manager with the intent of relaying what i had learned and hopefully passing on that information to the employee who had misinformed me, that way should the situation occur again the employee would be better able to help the customer. the manager couldn't have cared less, not interested in helping the staff become more knowledgeable, thereby providing a better customer experience. the manager didn't acknowledge any responsibility or show any interest in learning on how to avoid the same situation in the future. in this day and age of no accountability i thought my neighborhood hardware store would be different, that they really cared about their customers and providing good information and customer service. i was wrong."
