"Ended up here after I lost my appt because for some reason my oil change took more than two hours!!! Drove around looking for a nail salon who could take me that day. RICH was able to write me in for an appt about an hour and a half later, which was fine! The lounge is very sleek, bright and airy. My Tech, Monica was very nice. I got a standard manicure with a gel change - they gave me the price upfront, which again, was very much appreciated. Monica suggested some colors along with the ones I chose - I actually liked one of her suggestions best and that's what I got. This was the best painting job I've had so far; not a bit of nail was showing and my cuticles look wonderful. The lounge's policy is to do a standard square nail, which is fine cuz my fingers are square.Just one nail was a bit long and too pointy. Other than that, it was a great experience, good service and my nails look wonderful."

"This was my first time at this nail salon. I was looking for a nail salon as I recently moved to Richmond. Jaeden was very sweet and welcoming. She really took her time with my nails. I really loved the vibe the environment gave off. Black owned and women owned is an absolute plus! I don't tip my first time at a new business, but I will definitely be doing so my next visit.
