"I'm only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience with the 6049 Harbour Park Dr location in Midlothian VA. I was disappointed because this office came highly recommended by my doctor. I had made an appointment for physical therapy to treat my neck pain. The first available appointment date was two weeks out from my initial phone call. I completed all of the necessary paperwork online and submitted my x-ray reports. I also received texts verifying my appointment date and time. Two hours before my appointment time, they called me to cancel the appointment claiming a 'scheduling glitch' in their system. They were not able to reschedule me until the following week, 7 days later. No apologies or offers to fit me in at an earlier at another office. I would have understood if they had called to change the time or asked me come in the next morning, but to set the appointment the they canceled a whole week out is unacceptable, especially when it had been on the books for 2 weeks. I found this very unprofessional and shared with them that I had been experiencing alot of pain and was looking forward to being able to address this issue and had waited two weeks to be seen by them only to have them cancel the appointment the day of. I was able to reach out to another provider that could see me. Patients beware! This is my 1 star ( I wish it could be 0) review."

"At first I was skeptical about this place as it was so different than the place I went 20 years ago for a knee issue. Bryce worked with me and he believed that I would be alright at the end of my treatment. And he was right! Everyone that works here starting with the receptionist, assistants and therapist were very helpful. I highly suggest this place!"

"I have been to PIVOT at Harbour Point, a few times, over the past several years, for myself, and my daughter. Most of my sessions have been with Whitney and Jessica, who are both incredibly kind, encouraging, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am also very happy to see that the reception desk is now staffed with welcoming and polite employees, as was not the case in the past."

"Pivot has has done an amazing job with me. They really work as a team. From the time you walk in until you walk out you are getting attention. The whole team keeps your treatment moving. I really appreciate that I am never kept waiting. They respect my time."
