"Paige Thomas Ferros is the attorney's name. She is very untrustworthy, unprofessional, and a complete lier. There is no other way to say this. Please be aware before consulting and or hiring this attorney. Paige was representing the defendant within this particular case on April 21,2023. She reached out to me, the (Plaintiff) personally, regarding the case originally set for April 21,2023. From here, I was then asked by Paige, something along the lines of, "why do I believe that the defendant owes me the amount stated within the Warrant In Debt". I then proceeded to explain why the plaintiff owed the amount within. However, after explaining my reasoning, I was then informed by Paige to put my explanation in writing, of which I did. However, days later, I received an email from Paige, stating (she was unavailable June 08, 2023, of which was recommended as a aminstrative date due to the fact that she was "scheduled to appear in a different Jurisdiction on that particular day, and requested to continue the administrative hearing on June 21,2023). After both parties agreed to the date of June 21, 2023, and after that court hearing, I was then approached by Paige in the hallway about a possible settlement of the case. I proceeded to inform her that if her client was willing to settle, then I would lesson the amount claimed within the Warrant In Debt by more than half of which was completely fair for both parties. Paige then informed me within that particular conversation, that she would have a talk with her clients about potential settlement and that she would get back with me regarding an answer from her clients for potential settlement discussions. However, due to my mother not being abled to attend court due to medical concerns, the judge orded me to get a "Power Of Attorney" to represent my mother on her behalf. Furthermore, within the June 21,2023 court date, the Judge set a trial date for August 31,2023. Also, the judge required to have both a (BOP) Bill Of Particulars from me, the (Plaintiff), and the Attorney's Grounds Of Defense. The BOP had a return date of July 19,2023, and the Attorney's Grounds Of Defense return date of August 16, 2023. My Bill Of Particulars was filed with the courts, and with the Attorney on the date of July 19, 2023. I then received an email from Paige, after my BOP were filed within her office, stating that "my client said she's getting back to me very soon regarding potential settlement. However, this particular language was used, just about throughout the entire process after the Motion-To-Rehear court date, whether it was verbally, through text and or email, within the months of June, July and then again, within the month of August. This was one of the tactics she used to falsely lead me into thinking that a settlement was going to possibly be the case, all the way up to the court date. She never informed me as far as her clients status of a potential settlement as presented by Paige even after i was told by Paige that her clients were definitely considering. As a result, on the morning of trial, when the court date finally arrived, about half way through the morning dockets, I was then approached by Paige in court, asking if I was "ready to present my case". As if I would've said no, the Judge would've definitely told me, I had ample amount of time, and that they would've proceeded that same day. As a result, I was force to present, due to being falsely mislead by Paige, and her knowing that her client had absolutely no intentions of ever settling the case. However, during the hearing, Paige went on to Lie to the Judge, stating "I have no knowledge of any home warranty contract". As an attorney of the commonwealth, she swore to uphold the (Oath of Fidelity) of which she clearly disobeyed, which should result in Suspension/Disbarment under the ABA. General Public, and businesses be aware of this attorney."
"I found them unprofessional and rude."
