"He was very nice in the first 2 years for automobile insurance. When I buy a house I get quite from him but in the process he didn't able communicate with escrow Company, for a time manner we buy the home insurance from another company but he make an effect with out my willing and put me having 2 insurance for one House,I told him to cancel it but he didn't, I call to corporate to address the issue and I get a solution. After that He is not Answering my call , not addressing my questions and even he didn't fix his mistake and send me to a collection . I got really bad experience with this agent. I like allstate but I don't recommend this agent for anyone."
