"First thing I'll start with is Seven Principles has helped me tremendously in my battle for my 100% rating. I'll start with the negative to get it out of the way: There were a few times (maybe 2-3 over the span of a year) where the process to get ahold of a rep was somewhat lengthy and delayed (1-2 week lead time in some cases, not a deal breaker, I know they have other clients, just felt a little slow, not the end of the world). Now for the good: Every single time I dealt with a rep or any employee whatsoever, they were extremely knowledgeable, chipper, and helpful. I never felt like I was putting someone out by asking questions or simply having them do their jobs. All of the staff, all the way up and down, made me feel like I was a priority, I felt as though they took a personal interest in my case and my issues. When I got denied by the VA on a particular increase, my rep was almost more upset about it than I was, stating that she couldn't believe I had been denied with so much evidence supporting my claim. This may seem like a negative, but I interpreted this as an employee of Seven Principles having a genuine and organic interest in my case, and expressing empathy towards my denial. This is only one of several instances where I felt reassured by the staff that my case was nearly as important to them as it was to me. Long story long, if you need help with that last push to 100%, these folks are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Don't expect your increase overnight, but that's on the VA not Seven Principles.
