"EDIT: I was contacted that the tile I had ordered and paid for would be sent to me with no additional payment or argument on my end. Chalking it up to a bad customer service rep (Manny) but a company that cares about its customers and reputation. The tile itself was all delivered in a timely fashion, packed well, and there were no broken or seriously damaged pieces in our order. excellent. Had trouble ordering initially, had to create email invoice. Paid invoice, then were told our tile was out of stock. Picked a new tile, paid the difference (it weighed more) in shipping. Received a tile we never ordered. Customer service is refusing to send us the tile we ordered regardless of us sending them the invoice to show what we paid for. Customer service is rude, yells, interrupts, tells me I “need to read my email” over and over. Original rep I worked with left the company so no continuity to help. It seems there are no other customer service workers other than Manny, who is trying to convince me I can’t read or do math. I would totally give -5 stars if I could. Reporting to the CA Attorney General’s Office."
